Please note that we do not offer refunds. However, we do accept exchanges under the following conditions:
• The item must be unworn, unused and in its original condition
• The request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, we will proceed with sending you a replacement item.
If your item arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with supporting photos. We will ensure the issue is resolved.
